Amit Chawla is an entrepreneur who founded B2B loyalty technology and solutions company Reward360 in 2005 and served as its CEO between 2009 and 2020. The company now has some of the world’s biggest brands as its clients – including HDFC Bank, American Express, Standard Chartered Bank and Payback. In 2019, he launched Epic One, a B2C rewards app that he hopes will make “customer loyalty for brands as rewarding as an instant cashback”. Amit serves on the executive board of the YPO – a global community of extraordinary chief executives.
Dekyi Chawla is an entrepreneur with at least two decades of experience in the corporate world. Her strengths lie in the areas of business development, loyalty solutions and talent management. Before co-founding Reward360, she ran several successful businesses. She now serves on the executive board of the YPO – the global leadership community of extraordinary chief executives. She is also part of the executive board of FICCI FLO – the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Rohit is a proven collaborative leader with strong experience in technology and business in both the financial and healthcare industry. Before joining Reward360, Rohit was the CEO of a deep tech company in healthcare that he founded in 2015. He believes in an amalgamation of innovative technology solutions and business models to drive value to customers. He has been granted more than 10 technology patents for his work.
